80s Sitcoms Completed on DVD
The Family Ties thread reminded me of this, what 80s sitcoms have we gotten the full runs of on DVD? Thinking about it I could think of many off the top of my head, so I'm thinking I'm missing some:
Cosby Show
Cheers
Gimme A Break (Canada)
Kate & Allie (Canada)
Family Ties (with the release of the final season in August)
Punky Brewster (including the animated series)
(editing to add some listed in the thread)
Alf
It's Gary Shandling's Show
Golden Girls
Roseanne
Married..with Children
Taxi
Three's Company
Square Pegs
Charles in Charge
Doogie Howser M.D.
Is that it? There's been a lot that have had a single season released, or maybe even two seasons, and some that are close to being complete (I think Night Court has only one season left).
So more than I thought. Which ones are we still waiting on?
Diff'rent Strokes
Webster
Facts of Life
Growing Pains
Silver Spoons
Those all had some releases but are not complete
(I won't get into shows that have no releases at all, but we'd like to see, like Just the Ten of Us)
Cosby Show
Cheers
Gimme A Break (Canada)
Kate & Allie (Canada)
Family Ties (with the release of the final season in August)
Punky Brewster (including the animated series)

Not sure if they count since only part of their run was in the 80s
Married With Children (started in 87)
Three's Company (ran until 84)
edit:
ALF (86-90)
Taxi (78-83)
The Golden Girls (85-92)
and more of a 90s show:
Roseanne (88 - 97)
Married With Children (started in 87)
Three's Company (ran until 84)
edit:
ALF (86-90)
Taxi (78-83)
The Golden Girls (85-92)
and more of a 90s show:
Roseanne (88 - 97)
