Not exactly art-related, but The Hot Rock was a fun heist movie from the early 70's with a great cast.

The Brink's Job might be my favorite Heist movie in general with another great cast of character actors (Peter Falk, Warren Oates, Peter Boyle, Paul Sorvino among others). Well cast, great production design and period detail.

One of William Wyler's last films, HOW TO STEAL A MILLION (1966), was about a museum heist. It starred Peter O'Toole and Audrey Hepburn. I've never seen it, though, so I can't tell you whether it was good or not.

John Woo's ONCE A THIEF (1991) was about art thieves, but I don't recall liking it at all. And I always leave that off Woo's filmography when I talk or write about him.

Check out The Thieves from South Korea. The beginning has something involding with art. Movie does has some flaws but I did enjoyed it. You can check it out on Netflix.
