Call 911, Burt Wonderstone Bombed
For some reason I thought Steve Carrell and Jim Carrey had more box office pull, never expected it to do this badly. The Deadline report makes mention of magic movies never doing good at the box office, I guess that isn't good for 'Now You See Me' coming out this summer.

If you want a "magic" movie that does well at the box-office, you goddamn well better put Channing Tatum in it!

Absolutely, dude's talented.
Burt Wonderstone had terrible advertising, if those were the best jokes in the movie then it's no wonder it didn't do better.

It's too bad, really. The movie was really pretty good. The advertising didn't really do it justice.
We went to see it only because of the cast, and we really enjoyed it.

Since it's Jim Carrey if Burt Wonderstone was made in 1994 it would be a HUGE hit.

Jim Carrey wasn't even mentionned or shown in most of the tv spots. I found that...odd. He's hilarious in it, but he is not in it that much. You would think they would still throw his name around in hopes of adding a bit more to the box office.
