Who Framed Roger Rabbit? pre-order dropped to $16.99

Best Buy and Amazon have lowered the price down to $16.99. Not sure if the price will jump back up or not in a few hours, give or take. Everywhere else I've checked is still $23-25.

For Best Buy:

For Amazon:

It's in the Best Buy ad for $16.99, so I'm pretty sure it's safe for release week.

The price may be safe, but with any B&M stores these day you're never safe on how many copies they will receive Tuesday morning (sometimes as few as 4-12 at Target) and if you'll be able to get your hands on 1 if you don't go right when they open and run to electronics. B&M stores in their ever-growing cheapness are running the "low inventory" new release business models deciding that it's better for customers to leave empty-handed on Tuesday morning than to have to send back a few extra copies to the distributors later on.

If it running out of stock is a concern of yours, then just order it at Amazon instead.

Disney titles usually don't drop in price that quickly. Usually your best bet is to get it on release week, or wait quite a long time in the hopes that it might drop in price or you can pick it up used before it goes back in the vault.

This is distributed by Disney, as in DMC as in I won't pay more than 8 bucks for it ... eventually.

I think I will also go that route with this particular disc. I've heard the transfer isn't that great.

It's already on the DMC website...unless you're referring to the shipping time.

Yeah, you could say that, when they put it as part of joining Disney Movie Club in a few monthes with a new account.

We're not talking about the shipping. The price. It's $29.99. It is $2.00 lower if you buy 3 BDs at once.

It's probably been censored. I'd rather buy this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/190808883096...84.m1423.l2649

$29.99 counts towards fulfillment, bringing the average price down to the $9 range.
