How I Met Your Mother - Weekend At Barney's - 2-25-13

Barney's legendary relationship playbook, which Robin thought was destroyed, rears its head when Ted and Jeanette break up and Barney decides to use his chick manual to help Ted find a new girlfriend.

What a letdown on actual Weekend At Bernie's homages.

And huge blunder with Marshall holding the bag of Skittles in his right hand and holding his left hand out for a five, then cut to Marshall with right hand out for a five and no Skittles to be seen.

Yup.

I sometimes feel kind of ashamed that I'm laughing with the show, because of all the comments here. (Naaah!)

I liked the reference to the cuckoo clock.

I thought the gag with Ted actually going through with the stuff from the Playbook was hilarious. I enjoyed this one more than average. So I guess that's it for Ted starting another relationship until he actuallly meets the mother...

I can testify from experiene that the moves in the Playbook do work but Ted just wasn't saying it right.

Don't worry, I'm sure they'll have plenty of flashbacks to previous girls that we've seen and haven't seen yet.

I was saying that sarcastically. I guess I didn't say it right.

Way above average for this year. The Barney/Ted stuff was fantastic. I liked Marshall & Lily's plot, but it wasn't all that funny. The Skittles? The Skittles were funny.

Re: How I Met Your Mother - Weekend At Barney's - 2-25-13

I was surprised to learn that this was the second most pirated show (in 2011).

http://www.theverge.com/2013/2/27/40...irector-piracy

GoT is of course the most pirated.

Looking for 2012 data now.

Ok, it was for the last season.

Below we have compiled a list of the most downloaded TV-shows worldwide (estimates per single episode) for the spring season up until June 1st 2012, together with the viewer average for TV in the US. The data for the top 10 is collected by TorrentFreak from several sources, including reports from all public BitTorrent trackers.

I could of done with just 30 mins of Ted failing at Barney pickup plays! I hope on the DVDs there will be plays they filmed but didn't use.
