Castle - "Target" 02/18/2013

As I posted in another thread, our resident TV thread maker DJariya is indisposed. So I'm carrying the mantle for a little while.

Castle and Beckett's homicide case exposes a kidnapping plan centered on the daughter of a rich businessman from the Middle East.
Part 1 of a 2 part episode, concluded next week.

Interesting twist at the end of the episode.

I wonder if next week we'll get Taken: Castle style.

That was a great episode. Nathan Fillion channeled his inner Malcolm Reynolds at times, and it really worked. This was a dramatic, suspenseful episode. Excellent stuff.

I can't wait for next Monday. How do you like that? A reason to look forward to Mondays...

I am genuinely surprised that Castle doesn't get more love here. It's a great show. Last night's episode was a good example...

These annual two-part episodes are usually always good, this one included. Interesting twist at the end for sure.

Thanks, Deftones!

I thought she was going to find herself in Egypt.

Agree, great episode. Can't say I've thought that a lot this season with Castle. I was a little surprised Martha wasn't more distraught. She seemed more affected when Castle and Kate were missing before, but then maybe that is he point.

Really liked he cliffhanger at the end! I have to admit I didn't see it coming.

For sure! I think it was most evident when he was talking to the shot guy in the room. Makes you miss hat character more though. =/

Although I've missed the wisecracking Castle this season, this episode was very intense. Looking forward to the other half tonight. Still one of my favorite shows on TV
