I've always liked Glenn Close as an actress. She was great as an unhinged, spurned lover in Fatal Attraction but she was equally good in Dangerous Liasons. I also liked her in The Big Chill. Her work has been versatile and diverse.
Her TV work in The Shield and Damages is also wonderful. I think her role in the latter as Patty is one of her best- devious and manipulative.

Absolutely. She's extremely underrated. It's criminal that she hasn't won an Oscar but Sandra Bullock, Marisa Tomei and Julia Roberts have.

Her best shot might be if they ever get that Sunset Boulevard musical made into a film, if she still gets the Norma Desmond role.
