Since we didn't actually see Lori get shot in the head, can we assume she will return, as a zombie or otherwise?

Oh, I think Carl knew full well what he had to do with Mom. She ain't coming back.
And T-Dogg should have known better than to go against the group. Last person to question the group was Dale and he met the same fate.
Not understanding why Michionne doesn't just up and leave Andrea there in Woodbury.

I knew once t-dogg had some lines tonight that he was in danger. It's like the teams on Amazing race or Survivor who only gets speaking time on the episode when they are eliminated or voted off.

I knew that guy was coming back because of the cliched shot in the season premier, playing on the audiences' assumptions.
I did laugh though when Rick looked at Carl like he did something wrong.

Wow, that was fucked up. Much as I got excited for Darbont's tenure prior to his decidedly controversial and dull second season, and I admit I was iffy on Mazzara, but he's certainly proving me wrong, the show is going full-throttle. You can sure get away with a lot on basic cable nowadays.
The damn closed captions on this show are NEVER in sync, but I didn't notice audio problems on my old-ass TV, except that my coaxial cable doesn't do a get good job of transmitting audio no matter how loud I turn it up.
My thoughts exactly.
?????
As for Micchone, I'd imagine she's become attached to Andrea and doesn't want to leave her. Exactly why Andrea doesn't see her "bad shit" alarm going office one of those stupid character quirks of TV, presumably.

That was dark.
But all I could think about was "oh, cool! No more annoying Lori to deal with!". If they didn't make her so annoying during season 2 and such an evil conniving bitch trying to play off Shane and Rick to each other, maybe I could've felt something for her.
