Hotline Miami
So, anyone actually played this game? The reviews have been fairly excellent, and I'm mildly intrigued by it. It's only $10 so no big loss either way but curious if anyone has played it.

I bought it for the PC but couldn't get into it at all. Don't see what the fuss is about.

Re: Hotline Miami
I bought it and I loved it. Not sure what there ISN'T to fuss about. It's a great game, and tons of fun.
I think what you need to know before you buy is the game is that it's very fast pace, and feels more like an old arcade game than a modern 'homage' top down shooter. You will almost never last more than 30 seconds on any map. It requires quick reaction times and accurate mouse control.
It's also hilariously brutal the dozens of ways you can kill people, and awfully satisfying when you finally clean out a level with raw, murderous efficiency after dying at the front door 25 times in a row.
The game will probably be better on a dual analogue stick controller. I found aiming with the mouse somewhat cumbersome, and it took a while for me to get comfortable with it.
