Parks and Recreation -- "Halloween Surprise" -- 10/25/12
Synopsis:
HALLOWEEN SPIRIT IS GONE WHEN LESLIE GETS SOME BAD NEWS - LUCY LAWLESS GUEST STARS - A new job offer for Ben (Adam Scott) causes Leslie to contemplates their future. Meanwhile, Ron (Nick Offerman) and Andy (Chris Pratt) take Diane's (guest star Lucy Lawless) girls out trick-or-treating, and Tom (Aziz Ansari) searches for a new business idea. Rashida Jones, Aubrey Plaza, Rob Lowe and Retta also star.

I cannot stand fart humor. Lazy, insulting, embarrassing. So I am impressed by Park's ability to make a prolonged farting sequence hilarious.

LOL It is hilarious when he reads tweats from female celebrities on Conan.
Don't want to see Ron do another double dude spoon on Fallon.
Did not expect a marriage proposal in this episode since it was not featured in any of the promos.
Is it just me or is Kathryn Hahn hot?
She seems average in the countless movies she has appeared in but in Parks and Rec WOW!

Fyi there is a longer "producers cut" if this episode on Hulu. Its like 26 min opposed to around 19. Haven't watched either yet...

I thought Hahn looked pretty good on Free Agents, as well.

For some reason I lost it when Leslie and Ann re-did the lease deal with Ann's music. Shouldn't have been as funny as I found it to be

Is it just me or did they miss a golden opportunity to dress up Lucy Lawless as Xena? PRINCESS warrior.
Was Ann supposed to be Lolo Jones? If so, that was brilliant. If not, a second missed opportunity.
The producer's cut was awesome. Am hoping this is a sign of more of these to come. A MAJOR plus of the online format is that they're no longer restricted to their 30 minutes including commercials.
