Polar-opposite brothers Randy and Kirk never saw eye-to-eye, but their rivalry is taken to a new level when Randy hijacks Kirk's son's sleepover, taking the boys on a Scout Trip to remember.

I'm a big Patton Oswalt fan but that looks bad.
I'm not sure if it's how the trailer is cut but this looks to be a movie where they substitute jokes with swearing.

If the trailer's any indication, "Nature Calls," due out in early November, will offer a tale of wayward boy scouts considerably less sedate than Wes Anderson's stylized summer idyll, "Moonrise Kingdom." With bawdy favorites Rob Riggle and Johnny Knoxville front and center as two of the scouts' would-be wranglers, "Nature Calls" looks like an R-rated hybrid of Judd Apatow's "Heavy Weights" and William Golding's "Lord of the Flies." "Children don't live in the woods, they die," observes the incongruosly named Gentry (Riggle) near the end of the trailer. Though the film appears rife with nudity, violence and profanity, "Nature Calls" deals in material somewhat safer for satire than director Todd Rohal's last movie, "The Catechism Cataclysm," which bore the tag line, "God will fuck you up." Surprisingly, it's rated R.
Looks like it could be worth a rental.
The last movie of Patrice O'Neal.
