Energy Take 5 or JBL Northridge

What speaker system do you recommend? Energy Take 5 or JBL Northridge I live in the country and the is nowhere that sells Energy around.

I would suggest the Energy Take 5 with a sub (smaller, well build, inexpensive), but a better point would be to audition the speakers you are looking at before you purchase. Despite the fact that there are speakers that some will consider better than others, your decision should sound good to you. You may hear a set of speakers and not like them at all, even if everyone else likes them. I take these decisions pretty seriously, so I would suggest you make a day trip to a retailer who has these choices available for you to listen to.

the prices are no longer listed b/c energy doesn't like their speakers being sold over the internet, but you can call and order them anyways. talk to marc hallam.
