I don't know if it's because I've only been paying half attention to the show lately, but why did last night's episode feel like I missed an episode? All of a sudden Nancy is back in California? I don't even remember what led her to that decision.

One more hour and the show is out of its misery.

At the end of last week's episode, her and Silas were talking about their future and she mentioned that they were going to find help (Conrad) to start the legal growing business. It was the last scene before the credits.

It was nice seeing the original intro montage again. I hope they use it next week too.

Jesus... the show wasn't even funny anymore... the scene at the end was just sad to watch... only the part of me that has to see this show to completion because Ive followed it for years will bring me back for the one hour finale

I liked the episode because of the full circle effect. It was nice to see Guillermo, etc.

Shane is really in like Flint now.

Kudos to Silas for apparently getting some happiness.

Nancy lost Andy at the same spot she lost his brother. That was kind of sad.

You can tell we're nearing the end of the series because we're seeing people like Conrad and Lupita pop up in completely unnecessary ways. But nothing this show does anymore is necessary, so whatever.

I actually liked the episode...but probably because of the opening sequence and how it reminded me of how good those first 3 seasons were. It was nice to see the deaf girl back as well.

Definitely the beginning of the end. It's kinda funny how you can totally see everything coming together just in time for the ending.

I was actually happier to see the deaf girl than Conrad...

This is the first episode I enjoyed in a VERY long time... probably a lone episode in S5 or something.

Of course my enjoyment was strictly due to nostalgia seeing 4 characters we haven't seen in a while and plus the return of the opening montage (with slight changes). Aimee Mann sang the theme - so that's a nice bonus.

I'm actually pumped for next week's episode because the pain will finally be over... plus I always like watching series finales.

Six Feet Under ended in 2005 and the next show I watched to have a finale was Big Love in 2011 - which is a long gap... and then Entourage, and tomorrow night will be Damages and next week Weeds. So the pace has picked up the last year or so.

You didnt watch Lost, The Shield, Rescue Me, 24, The Wire, Battlestar, The Sopranos? Or do you mean live as they aired finales, not on DVD?

Nope, didn't watch any of those. And I haven't watched any shows on DVD in that timeframe, so it would only be live I'm referring to.

I watch a lot of other cable shows and a few network shows - but other than what I've mentioned, no others ones have had a finale. Note: I'm not counting shows that have been cancelled before they could air a finale (ie. Hung, Bored to Death, United States of Tara, How to Make it in America).

It was great seeing old faces. Andy has been my favorite character throughout the run of the show so that ending was tough to watch.
