TVShowsonDVD has details up, coming out almost a year after the UK release, but is coming out with more bonus material.
The UK disc has 2 select scene animatics, deleted scenes.
The US disc has 4 select scene animatics, 6 commentaries, 3 featurettes, deleted scenes.
The UK disc also had a bonus "Cleveland Show" episode, and downloadable MP3 tracks and video clips. Not a big loss.
