I wasn't impressed by this episode; felt a little flat after the opener. McClaren carries a wig with him; OK. Patty completely played Ellen like a fiddle and got Ellen to blackmail a judge; really? And the new judge loves Patty and openly shows it in court. Seems funny too how the courtroom's always empty except for those two.

I agree, the whole judge thing with Patty was ridiculous.
It is cool to see two cast members from The Wire in this episode (and obviously more to come).
