I'm still confused about last weeks air date when all promos I've seen said tonight was the premiere....
It better not mean they don't give a shit about this show, because they really do need to give a shit. It's a great show!

Maybe they figured that last week's episode was so fucking awful (and a complete waste of Robin Williams) that they decided to burn it off without promotion and pretend that the second episode is the real season opener?

Tonight's episode was a lot better, but it still left a bitter taste in my mouth that they pretended the end of season 1 pretty much didn't happen.

Seeing Chloe from Smallville was about the best thing in the episode. It appears she is going to be Ryan's future love interest or something.
They handled the whole thing very poorly and it almost ruins the season finale from last year in retrospect. Someone must have realized that first episode made no sense and buried it as quietly as they could without notice.
I went and watched last week's online before watching tonight's, and yes, I agree. That episode made no f'ing sense. At all. I loved the cliffhanger of season 1, but wow, they had absolutely no clue where to go from there. No spoilers but it really is a complete letdown.
