"Sugar On Sunday" was their sole U.S. Top 40 hit, but they're also known for R.E.M. covering their song called "Superman."
The CD is under 20 bucks - are their songs worth it? Has anybody ever listened to this late 1960s band?

Why not look the songs up on YouTube and decide for yourself?

Mostly because anything found on YouTube would be a "live performance," which can be very different (and VERY substandard) to what was recorded in the studio.

Way too bubblegum for me. I like my 60s pop/rock in the Underground Garage vein.

I would if it was Vallejo's "The Click", with E-40 and B-Legit.

You know, I've underestimated the 2010's. I won't do that anymore. LOL

While listening to their song Superman (yes, on YouTube, thank you), I thought it quite dreary (although good) compared to what R.E.M. did with the song (which is the verision I'm obviously used to).
