Can anyone recommend a good PAL->NTSC converter. I am considering buying a multi-region DVD player and a ideo converter. Right now I have an APEX, but the video quality on it is terrible, I would like something better that allows me to play All regions. But I don't want to spend more than $600-800 for the DVDPlayer and Converter. I was looking at the

Samar USA CDM-660 Digital Video System Converter

but I do not know much about these and don't know what features I should be looking for.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

For more info about the converters I mentioned, go here:
