Thanks! Not much for me in the ad, might be a good time for someone who doesn't have Stargate Atlantis yet to stock up. $12.99 is not a bad price at all, even if they are in those cheap slim cases now. -kd5-

Anyone know which style of box Best Buy carries for the Psych seasons? I'm hoping they have the "book" version.

Amazon has the complete series for under $40 right now. SG-1 is under $60...

^Yes, but the packaging is total crap. The majority of reviews talk about damage to the disks and multiple returns before obtaining a "good" set. From what I've read about both sets I think I'd rather have the new slim cases. Cardboard sleeves are *not* a good idea for DVD packaging and that's what both of those complete series sets use.

Best Atlantis packaging is the complete series on Blu: S1&S2 in one HD multi-case, S3&S4 in another HD multi-case, and S5 in it's own slimmer HD multi-case - all in a cardboard slipcase. ...And, of course, 1080p.

I just had to cancel the newspaper due to finances so these threads are even more appreciated!
(I know it sounds a bit out there buying cd's & dvd's when I can't afford the paper but........... the price of newspaper subs has gotten ridiculous in the Seattle area as content continues to shrink).

Saw a bunch of TV Box sets on $ale the best IMO was the Friends CS box set for $69.99 and Deadwood CS for $57.99-Many individual seasons of various TV shows for $9.99 each-With many BB stores closing shop I wonder if they are just clearing out stock???

The ones I saw all end today, so I'm thinking it was a Father's Day sale... If you didn't grab the 3 Stooges set and want it, tonight may be your last chance at that price, plus you can get in on the $10 cert promo if you get to $50.
