Everyone Has A Plan (Todos tenemos un plan) Mortensen in a Spanish speaking film

A man who assumes the identity of his deceased twin in Argentina.
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/gcgbx_VKcgM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Well...Mortensen in general gets me to pay attention..but now the son of a bitch is in a film speaking Spanish. As an ARGENTINE?! Well...this is must see just to see the man be awesome in Spanish too. He grew up in Argentina for a bit as a kid as well..so him being an Argentine and fluent in the language isn't so weird..but...still is.

In other words...Mortensen in a drama? I'm game.

Alatriste. I've never seen it but I know it was expensive to make.

I like this scene (sorry I couldn't find it with English subtitles for you non-Spanish speaking guys):

The score by Rogue Bańos is pretty cool as well:

Here's an action scene from Alatriste:

I know of at least one other Spanish-language film Viggo did too. "Gimlet" from 1995, a suspense/thriller where Viggo plays a psycho stalker. It's not very well know (less than a hundred votes at imdb). I only know about it since I bought the VHS back in the 90s (never got a DVD release).

Viggo Mortensen necesita hacer una pelicula con Almodovar.
Tremenda combinacion de actor y director.

No mames.

That's a horrible subtitle to the film. I wish I had a shit ton of money so that i could own a BD distributing studio and then I could choose some movies that I'd like to have in the region but don't think anyone would give some love to that I would. So many dreams.

The UK subtitle is retarded. And they made it so big you'd think it was the actual title.
