Let's see, Pavel Bure (why no Canucks jersey?), Paul Kariya, Jaromir Jagr, Mario Lemieux, Eric Lindros, and Gordie Howe.

Who's in between Bure and Kariya? Is that Gretzky?

I used to love watching Pavel on the Panthers.

Is Lindros trying to cut off Gordie toes or is Gordie trying to kick a skate out from under Lindros?

Looks a little too close for comfort.

The NHL needs some star-power these days. I first started watching hockey in the late 80's/early 90's and was able to see Gretzky, Lemieux, Messier, Coffey, Roy, Bourque, Lindros and Jagr all in their prime.

Ha ha. Gretzky was the only one pictured that I recognized.

The NHL has a ton of great players. They just aren't marketed like they used to be. Now it's all about Crosby and Ovechkin while a lot of top talent gets ignored.

I agree that they have alot of great players right now, but Gretzky is the greatest in NHL history and Lemieux is top 4 of alltime. I guess I meant to say I was spoiled to see 2 of the greatest players in the history of the game when I started watching the sport. Orr was before my time and Howe was WAY before my time. Gretzky, Lemieux, Orr and Howe are the Mt. Rushmore of the NHL.
