Music Box films has just issued Season 2 of the acclaimed Swedish series Henning Mankell's Wallander (2009) on dvd as a seven disc set. I know that Season 1 is available from other sources ie: Mhz Networks as region 1 sets as well. Why would Music Box films release Season 2 without releasing Season 1 first?
