I've been reading mixed things on this. If my family has a Netflix streaming account and live in a separate house, can they watch something on their laptop/PS3 while I watch something else on my laptop/PS3?

It blows that you can only do 2 at once. Just last night my wife was watching netflix on tv with roku, my daughter was watching on her iphone, and I tried to watch on my kindle. No luck for me. I had to go with my Amazon Prime.

A couple days ago, Netflix announced they would add Multiple Stream Plans later this year.
I read this to mean that they will take away the current ability to stream on two devices simultaneously. We'll have to pay for that soon I bet.

I would pay a couple dollars more if I we could have profiles. Right now everyone uses my account, so my recommendations are full of things for my daughter, my wife,... and me.
