I enjoy this show, even though it has that Pawn Stars "stagey" feel to it. But the stuff they look at is usually pretty interesting. Also, it's an hour now (I think it was a half hour show last season).

The Sean Astin segment was great. I want his 24 props, if he has any...haha

I never heard of this show before but I LOVE it. Where can I see the first season for free?

Just started watching this a few weeks ago. I'm really digging it. Bill Needle hit the nail on the head above. Even though some of it feels staged, just seeing some of the props is very cool.
This is a probably a show flying under everyone's radar(and why I'm bumping this thread), but I'd say it's definitely a show worth checking out.

Agreed. I done a check and she has been in a few films and therefor do a Google Image search for her. Not bad.
I don't like the way they make her seem like the who always fails. It's always "that look" when she mentions anything.
I like the show. We have had it for a few weeks here in the UK.
I think in the first 5 episodes I heard Joe say his reputation was on the line about 3 times.
It's quite scary the prices some of those things go for. I do find the bits where they fly to another city and the collector says "No".
Loved when the went to the Sony storage area and saw the painting from GB2.

I was late to this show but I assume it never got a season 3. Is that right? My DVR still picks up the old episodes.
Anyway, it seems that the American Horror Story house finally sold. It doesn't appear to have gone at auction so I don't think Joe's idea to auction it ever panned out.

Re: Hollywood Treasure Season 2
(Although the first season did have 24 episodes - ran from October 27, 2010 to July 6, 2011 - so you could say 30 episodes total is like two seasons worth of the show.)
Yeah I miss the show too - remember not catching it from the start - came in towards the middle of first season via a marathon of the first 12 episodes. Watch the reminder of that season and then came back the next year for the start of season two. They showed those six episodes and they then stop showing them. Thought that was weird they were taking a break that soon. Was the show canceled? I didn't hear anything so I thought ok, they would return say a month down the road with new episodes. Nope turned out that was it for season two.

I caught this show in syndication and really enjoyed it. While all reality TV is staged to some degree, this one felt very informative and had less repetition than a lot of its reality compatriots.
