Thanks for posting both deals!

I combined both to pick this up The Lumineers:
http://www.amazon.com/The-Lumineers/dp/B007M45PMU/ref=sr_1_cc_1?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1337636695&sr=1-1-catcorr

I saw these guys live a few weeks ago, and was very impressed!

I was sort of tempted by that album after listening to the samples last night, but I had already purchased 8 albums for $20. I might still get it if the app deal stays around for a while.

I should add that the app deal is multiple use. Every eligible album is $2 off as long as you use the mp3 app to make the purchase.

Nice, thanks! I did find that M83's double album "Hurry Up, We're Dreaming" is only $3.99, but the code doesn't apply of course. Any good picks for albums $5.99 and above?

Alabama Shakes is 7.99, I've been enjoying that as well as the Hunger Games 'soundtrack'.

I see the new Andrew Bird is $3.99 and you get a $1 credit. Does anyone know if that $1 will combine with this promo?

It should...I get those $1 credits from CD purchases and they all go in the same pot.

I ended up getting 111 Rock 'n' Roll Superhits (The Ultimate Compilation) (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004CNNRLU/ref=docs-os-doi_0) for $5.99 before the $3 credit. Only spending $2.99 seemed like a good deal for a lot of old classic rock songs.

Any idea how this shows up? Emailed code or something? I haven't gotten anything yet. The Amazon promos in the past were all very easy, and had direct links from their site to fulfill the requirements.

Hmm... I've tweeted 4 times now, all with the #PepsiMusicNow hashtag. I think they hate me.

I didn't have a Twitter account but just set one up for the offer. I had no problem getting the credit after following and tweeting #PepsiMusicNow. Received the credit code almost immediately. Also got a second $3 facebook credit to use on another mp3 album.

Stupid question, but you checked Direct Messages on Twitter and not your email, correct? It showed up in my DM instantly.

Not a stupid question at all... but here's my stupid answer: I had no idea there were "Direct Messages" that don't show up as replies to your tweets. And not only that, but apparently the only way you can ever see these messages is by clicking on your profile and scrolling to Direct Messages? Can you tell I only use this Twitter account to get mp3/video credits at Amazon?

Thanks for your help!

Thanks! I think I'll go with that one too. My 50s-60s rock collection is too sparse.

And here's another $1 mp3 credit deal. Just have to "buy" a select free Android app. I've been meaning to try Pandora anyway.

Well, the Pepsi promo is "limited" and I got nothing for spamming my followers today. They also "encouraged" me to "try again" on Tuesday for a code. I really wish I knew this was a contest before I sent that tweet.

Thanks! The free mp3 credits along with the cheap albums on sale are getting me to purchase a lot of albums this month. Used the latest $1 credit to get the newest Beach Boys album for $3.99.

I sent my tweet to Pepsi directly. Something like "@Pepsi Thanks for the free music! #PepsiMusicNow" That way, only my followers that also follow Pepsi will see the tweet. If they follow Pepsi, chances are they took advantage of this deal and will understand!

Another free $1.29 credit from Pepsi. Follow them on Twitter and tweet what song reminds you of summer (or don't) with the hashtag #PepsiMusicNOW.

That is a great idea since I don't like spamming my friends, even if it's just a tweet. I went this route with the latest deal and it worked. Thanks.

So many free Amazon mp3 credits flying around lately (and I would bet there's going to be a Father's Day one soon, too). I wish the Kindle store had the same type of deals, but I guess that division of Amazon is pretty firmly established and doesn't need them.

Sweet. Between all these codes lately, I've gotten 4 or 5 decent albums for only a few bucks out-of-pocket.

Noob question: I don't use twitter except for shit like this, so how do you get the actual credit? I followed Pepsi and tweeted the needed tweet. Where is a code/link generated?

It should arrive instantly in your Direct Messages.
