I am donating a new DVD copy of the Criterion Red Shoes DVD as part of a basket in a two-week auction, but will not receive the DVD from Amazon until the middle of next week. I have been told by the person running the auction that they would like at least a mock-up of the DVD to put into the basket for the auction (which starts tomorrow night) until the actual DVD comes in.

Does anyone know where I can find a decent copy of the artwork, or might someone be able to send me a scan, so I can put together a mock-up case?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
