The one that comes to mind is the ending of The Silence of the Lambs where Hannibal Lecter disappears into a crowd of people.

Michael Mann's Thief. That was about as manly as it gets.

Robert Forester walking out of focus at the end of Jackie Brown. The music and everything gave that shot some feeling.

Indiana and his father riding into the sunset at the end of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade
I also always liked Robert DeNiro's "I guess I'm walking" at the end of Midnight Run

Silence of the Lambs was a good call.
I also like the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark, when the guy is pushing the crate and the camera pans back to reveal a huge warehouse of crated artifacts.

Desperado comes to mind - mostly because that explosion was WAY too big :)

Jaws, if swimming away from the camera counts. The ending is probably BS and made to be happier than it has any right to be, but Hooper and Brody swimming back to shore as friends and colleagues just feels right.
And Kevin Spacey getting into the back of the Jaguar in The Usual Suspects is pretty memorable as well

Silence of the Lambs was a good call.
It also has a great backing away from the camera shot!
