Too close to the end to stop watching, but practically the whole episode was like running in place. And maybe they can kill off Gabi earlier than the finale?

Next week's teaser at the end of this episode:

"It's finally here, the last episode . . . before the two-hour series finale."

When it's over it's over. This last season has been painful to watch, but watch I must since I've seen all the other seasons. Here's hoping the finale is decent and possibly even surprising.

It's been more interesting reading that Teri Hatcher doesn't get along with the other 3 leads than watching the show. Someone from the show definitely needs to write a tell all book.

The flash-forward season has been the only one of the last four or five that I've actually enjoyed. This one was looking better midway through but that didn't last. An awesome finale would be a great reward for our sticking through it.

I just couldn't do it. I dropped off I think on episode 17 this year, but I'll be back for the finale.

I was more entertained by the ridiculousness of that teaser than I was at the actual hour of Desperate Housewives.

That really is annoying. Who are the suits that come up with that crap? And ABC does this all the time. No matter - once this is done, the only scripted left I'll be watching on ABC is Modern Family.

And speaking of annoying, yes, they're all bitches, but I still don't get the last few seasons of Tom being this super-executive when he was basically a buffoon when it came to business all before that.
