How come whenever Hamm has a picture taken of himself as Draper, he looks like he's going to read you your rights? That being said, really looking forward to tonight's episode. I wonder who the encounter will be with? Dr. Faye? One can hope.

Dr. Faye, the hippie from Season 1, or Rachel the department store owner. Dr. Faye would be the most entertaining, since he pretty much wrapped things up with the other two. Faye seems like she would still be pissed.

The encounter? What did I miss last episode?
EDIT: I guess I should have paid attention to the title of the episode. Was this date alluded to last episode?

iTunes! If you updated your episodes immediately, I would be watching this right now. But since you don't, I'll have to wait like 5 extra hours. Looking forward to it though...

I really liked this one. The scenes with Peggy and the new secretary worked. The new guy pulling off the new pitch and then running his mouth too much and nearly blowing it worked. The scene with Don's daughter and the nanny also worked. The stuff with Don and his sickness was a little weird but I thought it was the best of the season so far.

Whoah!! This episode treaded into some really dark territory.
I think the main point of Don's plot was him coming to terms with some of his past demons....Andrea being one of them and his insecurities on whether he can be faithful to Megan.
With Don having a fever and a nasty cold, I had a feeling that scene with Andrea was just a hallucination. However, you have to wonder if push comes to shove what Don would do to protect his future with Megan.
Loved the scene with Peggy and Roger. She was playing some serious hard ball with him about that campaign. $400 for 1 weekend worth of work must have been a fortune for that era.
Sucks that Joan's marriage crumbled to pieces in this episode.
I also enjoyed the scene with Peggy and Dawn as well.
Good stuff tonight.

If someone doesn't mind... I missed what seemed like a key moment. Peggy was coming into her living room (where Dawn was going to sleep for the night) and I think they both looked at the table and the expression on both their faces changed. They didn't say anything, but Peggy essentially excused herself. My grandson walked into the room seeking my attention at that moment and I missed something.
Unless I missed something, that wasn't Sally Draper's nanny, it's her step-grandmother (Betty's new husband's mother).

^ Peggy left her purse unattended on the coffee table for the night. In the morning, Dawn left a note on her purse thanking her for the hospitality.

Sally under the couch after taking Seconal...before the show ended, I thought it possible that she died. Guess not.
Loved Sally's step-grandmother - hope to see more of her. "that's for nothing, so watch out."

Eight student nurses, all slain...and Richard Speck was anything but "handsome," as Sally's step-grandmother envisioned him (guess Speck wasn't apprehended by this point in the story).

Loved Peggy squeezing Roger for all his cash. Good to see some Sally scenes, too.
Good riddance to Joan's hubby.
