Dan ScottI too was happy to see the character get redemption. I enjoyed his conversation with Nathan at the end. Good episode.
Nice cameo by Craig Sheffer at the end. And of course Brooke's Dad is still a selfish douchebag.

I thought tonight's episode was a little cheesy, but I did like the theme of redemption that played throughout the entire episode. That is something that many shows would not be able to pull off - but since this storyline has been around for nearly a decade it finally felt right. But don't get me wrong, I'm glad we finally saw Dan dead by the end of the series after everything he did. I know it's mean but I also was more satisfied with Lucas not coming to his father's death bed then if there had been a surprise cameo - it wouldn't have been right.
