The Muppets coupon is live:
http://www.disneymovierewards.go.com...tscoupon_print
If anyone could make a printable scan, that would be swell, since their moron coupon plugin thingie insists on sending the print job to a wireless printer I haven't had in about 2 years instead of the one that is actually plugged in to my computer and set as the default.

Ah, I did not realize they were individualized. Thanks for the heads up. I'll play with it tonight. Disney Movie Rewards might end up with 100 "new" members by the time I am done.

Wonder if my BB will pm Target for the Wocka Wocka Edition of Muppets. They're liable to say we have a lunchbox (to which I'll say they have a bonus disc. Everybody has something for free with it. The price is for the damned combo pack).

Since you can legitimately print 2 coupons per computer/account, there's no reason not to do it legitimately and get different individual info on each. I'd advise against making multiple DMR accounts on different computers to get more. Better to let your friends print their own.

Re: Best Buy Ad - 3/18/12 - 3/24/12
Let me make an addendum to my above post. For the first time ever, I couldn't print either of my 2 Muppets coupons from my DMR account. It just sat there showing that it was sending the coupons to my printer but it never did. Then I tried coupons.com and had the same problem. DMR then said I had printed them both and was SOOL. So my addendum is when DMR screws you on printing your coupons like they did to me last night (again, first time ever) it may be handy to have an extra account or two. Oh, I verified the printer was fine and able to print from that computer, and then I also tried printing coupons from coupons.com (because it uses the same coupon printer software) from a different computer... same problem. Both computers worked a few weeks ago, but wait... these are both Windows 2K computers (sorry that I like 2K better than XP and I haven't bought any newer OSes yet) so I'm thinking they changed something recently that requires XP or higher now. Grrrr!

Re: Best Buy Ad - 3/18/12 - 3/24/12
Answer with BB is always: YMMV. I can guarantee some people will have success and some will not. It totally depends on the location and the mood of the employee you get. On a technical basis they don't have to do it because it's not a 100% identical item due to the lunch box. It doesn't hurt to try, but don't be surprised if you get a no.
All manufacturers coupons you print online with coupon printer software are individualized in a certain way. The UPC bar code should be the same, but there is a second bar code (which they don't scan) and info around the edges of the coupon which links your computer's IP address and a GUID to the coupon printer program's database that only allows you to print it twice per computer (OS). Besides that restriction DMR only allows you 2 per account. Theoretically they could track you down using your IP if they had the physical coupon itself, but they'd have to get your ISP's records for that time. You'd probably have to be a big time abuser for that to happen.

Been thinking as to which set to get with the coupon as both the Target and BB versions are intriguing and about three bucks apart but remember, this coupon is good on the Wocka Wocka Set only but you can always try to see if it'll work with the other versions too, especially the BD/DVD package in blue. BB also has a special steel book as well for $7.50 and WM has those finger puppets exclusively with their package.

Re: Best Buy Ad - 3/18/12 - 3/24/12
I just want to clarify I am only interested in 1 total coupon for myself. However (like the poster above) for the first time ever, I cannot get the coupons.com application to send the print job to the correct printer. I have changed default printers, uninstalled old printers, uninstalled coupons.com, etc. etc.
I've decided (to avoid wasting DMR coupons in the future because I'm pretty sure (but not 100%) that coupons.com uses the same coupon printer as DMR) that every time I'm going to print a DMR coupon I'll first go to coupons.com and try to print a coupon I don't care about. If it prints, DMR should then work.

Re: Best Buy Ad - 3/18/12 - 3/24/12
I posted in the DMR coupon thread on The Muppets that using Firefox under Windows XP instead of Windows 2000 (which I've used for printing coupons w/o problems for years) solved my coupon printing problem. Somebody changed some software somewhere because I tried updating Firefox and uninstalling/reinstalling the coupon software too with no difference.
I also mentioned this in the other DMR coupon thread, so I'll quickly repeat: my opinion is the lunchbox in the BB lunchbox set is too small and not worth $5 and the Walmart 4 finger puppets set (also for $5 more) does not include the CD soundtrack. It really depends if you want a lunchbox, finger puppets, or soundtrack. Though I haven't seen the movie, I listened to the snippets on Amazon and I think I'll go with the soundtrack. Good luck finding the BD version of the steelbook case at BB now.

Might as well if you want the lunchbox. The BB lunch box version does include the CD soundtrack download at least. Too bad there aren't more details if the CD download will have DRM or not.

Question.
Today I went over and picked up a plush rabbit minon - alone.
The last excluisve they had (plush vampire, minon) was five dollars and change.
This time they charged me $9.99. It's the same size as the last one.
Did some else just get the toy alone? If so, how much did they charge you?
Thank you.

Re: Best Buy Ad - 3/18/12 - 3/24/12
Ymmv, but you may be able to go back to the store and argue for the $5 pricing if your minion had a price sticker with "$5" printed on it. I noticed mine had that. Perhaps they will adjust it for you. Good luck!
