How do I mask my IP address?

I need advice on masking my IP so I can use Amazon Prime's free video streaming. They restrict me because I'm in Puerto Rico. Any advice?

I hope this isn't illegal since I'm trying to use a service I pay for.

I think you should ask Amazon why you can't use it or, if you're supposed to be able to, how you can use it.
