This is the first episode of this season that felt right to me. This show has always been light on well heck, believability, logic, plot, and just about everything else I expect from most of my shows, but it seemed like the first three of this season were especially light on those things. I could just be influenced by the return of Penny Can and the wine fountain. Even when it's almost exclusively the cast sitting around and bullshitting I do love this show and will miss it when it's gone.

Philipps is really awesome in the role, and I hope we see her in a similar type of role soon.

agreed and have def. been enjoying it. I thought last week's episode was the one that was back to form. "don't look at me" and "they're ALL big toes" just killed me.

Busy's text romance was the best thing this week for sure. LOL

I love this show, but as someone that grew up in Florida, it annoys me how they always have the windows/doors open and they do so much outside. It's so oppressively hot in Florida, and yet they always act like it's 72 degrees all the time.

what the heck's going on at ABC - airing repeats of The Middle and Modern Family during the summer (several eps 2x !), yet no support for this one and instead greenlighting ManUp and that Bosom Buddies remake. Still, glad to have this back. With the prospects of the show's renewal being very slim, it would be nice to see Bill Lawrence and Co go with a name change for their last title card. (Liked how "Family Jules" had been thrown around last season).

Ellie as Laurie reading her tweets

one more Scrubs alum added to the CT universe

I've been enjoying all the eps, but last week definitely had my favorite moment of the season with Jules saving Trav from the dominance ball (Courtney Cox was awesome with her bike helmet lecture).

*On another note, I tried the most recent episodes of Last Man Standing while waiting for CT, and having a bunch of guest stars like Tony Stewart, Robert Forster, Frankie "Malcolm in the Middle" Muniz, or that Dirty Jobs/Ford/Lee jeans whore Mike Rowe could not save it from being the most mediocre sitcom remaining on ABC. Just an awful lead-in show. My head hurt from hearing that enhanced laugh track, bland casting of the daughters, Nancy Travis bringing over her wife schtick from The Bill Engvall Show...it was actually a relief to find Raising Hope had moved to 8p

This fact bugs me more on Burn Notice. He is in Miami, yet he is always wearing a f'ing suit.
