Last cable movie you watched? (Part I)
we have "last hd-dvd/blu-ray" watched, "last DVD", "theatrical rank 'em as you see 'em", "last videogame played", "album played", etc...but what about the last movie you watched on pay or regular cable? now that they are mostly in HD i like seeing the ones i don't have or don't need to upgrade to HD so i DVR and watch in HD.
maybe the title should be changed, but i think we should have one from now on...and i think it should be in tv talk right, not movie? what do you all think? i mean i think we still watch movies on something other than a physical medium disc or theatrical release right?

Last made for TV movie I watched was Untouchable: The Peterson Story. It was as delightfully bad as I had hoped.

By cable movie I thought you meant Made-for-TV movie. Does it really matter if you watched a regular movie on TV?

not made-for-tv...i meant with the advent of HD channels and all, some would rather watch a movie in HD on tv rather than perhaps sorting for a dvd or whatever. didn't say it was a great idea, but seems to me if we have threads for Blu-ray/DVD/games/albums why not movies on tv?

You may have gotten ahead of yourself by adding "Part I" to the title.
My dvr is set to record Contact tonight. I don't remember much about the movie other than the way it ends.

Sugarland Express DVR-Encore Action
Glad to finally see one of Steve's earliest works, but I still couldn't really get into this. I guess I'll blame it on the crappy foolscreen.

Tim & Eric's Billion Dollar Movie on HDNET
I have movies from 2010 still saved on my DVR and I am on the fringe of 4% storage space almost everyday

My girlfriend and I drank PBR and watched this on demand, not my choice.

Last movie I watched entirely on cable was probably "The Gate" on HBO in 1987 in a motel room.

I watched Pineapple Express as part of a free preview weekend for some network about a year ago. I couldn't even tell you how many years it was before the one before that.

Johnny Be Good-DVR Encore Love
The Englishman who....Mountain/Hill-DVR Showtime Women
Johnny was my favorite of the two (Which ain't saying much) The only moment I liked most was the Putney Swope insert.

Cutter's Way MGMHD
DOA-Dead or Alive HBOwHD
Aside from the way-too-abrupt ending, I was greatly surprised by Cutter's Way. Mostly because of John Heard's performance (Where has this talent of his since gone???)
Not much to say about DOA at all---Except that I kept on thinking that Sarah Carter was one of the "Attack of the Show" girls.
