FWIW I'm pretty sure that the first season in the complete set is colorized version.

Just checked the customer reviews on Amazon on it, & yes, it does contain the colorized 1st season. :(

The packaging sucks, too. The discs are in an accordion style holder that fits inside a cardboard "bottle". It is an awkward design, and hard to store.

Yep this and the 1rst season in this set being colorized was a major turn off for me. I just recently picked up all 5 seasons ,(1rst B&W), @ MovieMars.com for under $14.00 a piece. I'm satisfied with that!:D

For 5 seasons @ 4 DVDs each, this works out to about $11 each. I got S1 & S2 for $12.99 (both not each) at Target and S3-S4 for $8.99 each at Amazon and S5 for $11.49 at Amazon, so that was actually a little cheaper than $54.99.

And since this has been bumped since the deal was first posted weeks ago, it might be worth pointing out that the current buy.com price is $79.22. Still cheaper than most places at the moment, but not nearly as good as it was.

Actually, the price is $92.29 now and still out of stock.
I placed an order for the set when the sale was in effect on March 1, and my order still hasn't shipped. So...waiting.

Technically, you are correct, that is the buy.com price. I just went from the link in the OP which is from another seller thru buy.com. And that seller now has it for $77.67 (includes s/h charges) so the price is moving around a bit.
