I've been looking for reviews and more info about the THE COMPLETE GHOST STORIES OF M.R. JAMES COLLECTION released by Shock DVD in Australia, but haven't had much luck. It gets mighty pricey when shipping to the US is tacked on, so I haven't been willing to take the chance yet.
Anyone here get it or hear anything about it?

I got it from devoteddvd. Arrived with the box a little bunged up, but the cases and discs were undamaged. Box isn't much anyway just flimsy thickish paper. Cases are kind of funky because they've got some sort of locking mechanism (that I can't figure out how it works).
I've only watched Christopher Lee's Ghost Stories for Christmas. The stories were all suitably creepy and it was a pleasure listening to Christopher Lee tell them. Picture quality was fine on a standard big screen tv but is nothing to get excited about on a hi-def set probably. That was the only one I watched this Christmas and I'm saving the rest for other Christmases.

Thanks for responding! Good to hear someone got it.

This is on my to-get list, too! But as you say, it's pricey, so it may be a while.
If this set does well, maybe Shock will release the other unreleased Ghost Stories for Christmas as well.
