Had to stop at Walmart on my lunch break and checked out the new $7.88 Blu-ray display while I was there. In addition to the titles listed in the ongoing Walmart thread, they had both Dead Poets Society and Good Morning, Vietnam in the display. There were 5-10 copies of each and looked as if they'd come packed in the box that makes up the display. I picked up Good Morning, Vietnam, and it had the regular UPC code with a sticker UPC code below it. The cashier scanned one and it came up $14.99, so I mentioned it was in the $7.88 bin. She voided it out and scanned the other. It rang up at $7.88 and showed correctly on the receipt. Anyway, most things Walmart seem to be YMMV, but hopefully some others can get in on this. Figured with these being new releases, they probably deserved their own thread.

Neither of these were this price at the store I visited. I think that this is really a YMMV situation and I think that you actually got lucky.

Was just at my WM and they had one copy each in the bin, but they both rang up at $14.96 at the scanners.

Sorry no one else has been able to get this, but figured it was worth posting in case they could. Did the ones in your guys' bins have an extra UPC as a sticker placed under the regular one? Maybe my store added those by accident. I already pitched the shrinkwrap or I'd post a picture of it. Anyway, if they're packed in as part of the $7.88 display, I suppose some others might be able to get them to honor that price, even if the double UPC thing was just my store screwing up.

My WM was $13.96 also. I ended up buying it at Best Buy for $9.99 after $5 upgrade and save coupon.
