Digital copies: if the item is sealed it's included (doesn't mean it isn't expired). If it's opened it probably isn't included.
Slipcovers: If I received one you'll get it.

I have a variety of interests (Criterions, Kino, Collector's sets, foreign films, documentaries, classics, etc.) but a large collection so don't be surprised if I have to say No. I should add that I love music and would consider trading for CDs (especially SACD, DVD-Audio) and music box sets.

Thanks but I just bought Micmacs from Columbia house last week and I don't see any BDs I need.
