Help... Star Trek TOS BD Question

Just got Star Trek The Original Series 1-3 on BD for Xmas. Popped in the first disc... and there is a very annoying movie camera icon showing up in the upper right corner of the screen. The icon is there while the episodes play.

I realize this icon is intended to allow viewers to switch between the original special effects and the enhanced special effects, but I don't intend to switch back and forth so I don't care about this feature. This icon is annoying me!! Is there a way to hide this icon or disable it?

Okay, I figured out the solution. I have a Toshiba BDX2000KU player, and after reading the instruction manual I was able to go to my setup menu and changed the "Angle Icon" feature from ON to OFF. That seems to have solved it.
