Well that was outstanding. Leslie's gifts were great. And damn near teared up at the end. I love how overwhelmingly positive Parks and Rec is. Shows you can be funny without being mean.

Agreed. An absolutely amazing episode. I'm pretty sure this is the most consistent sitcom ever.

Ron and his gift at the beginning was amazing. I was crying!

"Don't talk to Eddie. Think of him as someone in a foreign country you paid $25,000 to hunt." LOVED that line. Ben's been such a great addition--that guy's darn funny.

Yep, this show brings it every week. Pretty much every comedy I can think of that I like besides this one is hit and miss.

They're pretty mean to Jerry.

Ha - that made me think of the banner unfurling right in front of Jerry at the end.

They are mean to Jerry, but he's still part of the group, he's invited to everything and even liked his Xmas present.

When Jean Ralphio was talking about the life advice he got from his brazillian waxer, I had to pause from laughing so damn hard. This episode was the perfect blend of humour and heart. I totally loved it.

at Ron choking up over his remote controlled door-closer and Andy eating the silver M&Ms.

One of the recommended books for the rec center was Helter Skelter.

The banner unfurling in front of Jerry was a perfect sight gag.

Great episode. I loved the collage of Leslie's favorite words. "Jeggings" and "Hogwarts" being so big.

The look on Ann's face when they remark how big her name is made me fall in love with Rashida all over again.

And then her reaction to Leslie at the end.

I got a huge laugh when Ron circled "work" and "office", two of the smaller words on the chart. I love Ron Swanson.

true trivia fact - my cousin drew that.

Yes indeed. He got all the artistic talent in the extended family, though. I draw a mean stick figure.

he really is talented. He does a lot of stuff in other mediums as well (sculptures, paintings, etc.) He even did this cool Hulk cake topper at his brother's wedding.
