Beavis and Butt-head Volume 4 - February 14, 2012
http://tvshowsondvd.com/news/Beavis-...Volume-4/16232
Beavis and Butt-Head, America's favorite culture critics, are back. They now have more than just music videos to make fun of: Reality TV, the Internet, and Ultimate Fighting will all be crossing their TV screen! Brought back by creator Mike Judge, Beavis and Butt-Head are dumber than ever!
The DVD and Blu-ray will include all 12 episodes, plus hilarious bonus features."There's not much here that is different from the show's heyday in the mid-Nineties. This is, of course, another way of saying that Judge and company have totally nailed it." - Rolling Stone
MTV and Paramount Home Entertainment have announced that Beavis and Butt-head - Volume 4 is on the way, with all 12 episodes from the newly-aired 8th season. So why are they calling it "Volume 4", then? To better make it fit in with the previously-released (in 2005-06) DVD best-of sets titled Beavis and Butt-head - The Mike Judge Collection Vol.'s 1-3.
This time, Beavis and Butt-head - Volume 4, running 264 minutes, will come on both high-def Blu-ray Disc (1 disc) as well as DVD (2 discs). The aspect ratio is listed as "full screen" (so 1.33:1) on both versions, with English 5.1 audio on each. The street date is Valentine's Day, February 14th (which is turning into a rather busy day for TV-DVD titles!). Pricing hasn't been provided yet, nor details on the bonus material. And the box cover art we've obtained is an early effort and not finalized yet, so it could be subject to change. But here's a peek at that anyway:

This is good news, I do hope they try to give it the same sort of box art as the other three volumes to at least try and keep up consistency.

Definite buy from me. This season has been amazing. Also glad they managed to get the music rights etc sorted before it even aired on TV, rather than having to do it retrospectively for DVD.

Consider yourself $5 richer. I was hoping some of the missing older eps would get on the disk. Its not even the music rights since the previous volumes didn't have them. There were episodes well into the run that were left out, not just the earlier ones. BTW: Beavis saying 'fire' isn't an issue anymore since he says it on the new eps.
