Real Steel is now streeting offically on 1/24

Thought I would pass on some information from yesterdays Meeting

A very Harold and Kumar Christmas will be released in the Spring, However Arthur Christmas will not be released on DVD until next november

J Edgar is looking like its streeting in Late March same with Happy Feet 2

We are bringing out the Muppets in Early march, War Horse is April, Secret world of Arrietty from studio Gibli is Mid May. so far Feb is the only month we dont have a feature.

Heard that Immortals will be released in March also. and that Twilight Breaking Dawn 1 is not until Mid April. Hugo is Late April, Jack and Jill may end up late Feb, Tower Heist also in late Feb. The Rum Diary in Feb, Puss in Boots in Feb, In Time - Late Jan, Anonymouse in Jan, Three Musketeers in Early Feb, Johnny English Reborn in Early Feb, The Thing in Mid Feb, Footloose in mid Feb, Alvin and the Chipumks 3 is April, same with Sherlock Homles. Mission Immpossible 4 is not until May, Girl with the dragon Tattoo is Late April, and we bough a zoo is late April. all the others are TBD.

the biggest supprise is that Fox may rush The Descendants to DVD in Late Jan

That's plenty good, mvieguy. March seems like a long time, but that's the problem with so many good movies sometimes getting packed into one month. I was thinking/hoping this would be out in January, but that month is ALREADY shaping up to be a wallet buster.

February would have been better...maybe I'll get lucky and they'll move it up a month.

F me. 50/50 was first rumored for Feb and Contagion in a moderately expensive December.

Now, both are stuffed into a VERY expensive, crowded month of January.

I sure want to own it, but now I really hope the Whisteblower doesn't show up in January too. And this means Real Steel or The Ides of March will probably not be blind buys. I'll have to pick one or the other and hope February stays light or has more new releases that just weren't ones I want as much.

I thought Mvieguy posted The Descendants might get rushed to blu? It can't be December, so he must have said January. If that one gets added too, both of those other movies don't get purchased in January.

Was really looking forward to seeing Contagion on blu in December too.

Still in my computer and on my list for Dec 20th. so until i get other confirmation, i will continue to list this as Dec 20th. and not go opon a DVD site that gets their information 2nd hand

Amazon has it for pre-order on Jan 17th too. They've been wrong before about dates, but not a lot and usually when there has been a late change. They seemed to wait for this one and listed it only when they had a date.

I'm not saying they're right, in fact, I really hope they're wrong, but it's not just one site reporting it.

well, i really am only going on whats listed. tommorow is a new day, and mondays are when i get a fresh batch of new updates. it could very well have changed. Maybe Warner Got spooked by the over-crowded week.

While I can't speak for everyone else, I'm pretty sure everyone here believes what you post and knows you give accurate information as you get it.

This one just appears to be one of those titles where your info could be wrong or the others could have it wrong and we might not know for sure until it's officially announced.

Well. Im disapointed about contagion out on 1/17 to. Because januarys gonna be busy for me with moneyball, killer elite, ides of march, contagion, 50/50, real steel and drive. but tommorrow most of our answers on the news abt 50/50,drive,contagion and ides of march will be answered.
