Who was the girl that Cary was working with the whole episode? Did she appear earlier in the series? Loved his reaction when she told him he has a thing for ethnic girls.

She used to be on the FOX show Lie to Me. She was cast as a recurring character this season.

And they'll no doubt give her grief when they do find out about Will but still somehow completely let their dad off the hook.
But I like how Alicia's like "No you don't have to meet the kids."
Even she realizes how much of a revenge fling this really is.

Early on I thought for sure Alicia's daughter was going to eavesdrop on the conversation with Will on the phone, but that would have been too easy for the writers. Alicia and Will better tread carefully and stop showing cracks in their facade - Zach already wants a damn car.
Competition for Alicia in the form of Anna Camp?
