Chef Todd Wilbur pics a famous food item each week and attempts to duplicate it himself.
Week one was KFC and week two was Cinnabon.

Not a bad idea for a show but I'm not sure why it ended up on CMT.

He gives himself three days to get as close as he can to the exact taste.
Todd visits the corporate office and anyone else he can find that is connected to the food.
He even puts the recipe up on CMT.COM

I didn't know Cinnabon was a secret. I thought that you could buy the recipe and the ingredients and make your own.

I've thought for years he should have a show, I love his recipes. Not really sure the point of having 3 days to get close since he already has the recipes and several books.
