Sounds simple, you'd think a Google search would give me thousands of templates, but I haven't found any, accept for one which has the selling price of $50 or so.
Pending me forking out a few Benjamins, I was hoping a few of you on this forum would know about a nice template for writing a book. Cover page, index page, etc.
I could probably do this myself, but just don't WANT to do it. I'd rather just plug in the text.
