I am wondering how limited it was for this set?

Dance in the Vampire Bund: Complete Series (Limited Edition)

I scanned trough sites and retails stores and it seems that the one available for sale is always the regular edition one. If ever there is an available LE version, it sells at $50.00 low.

Did Funimation uber limit this box set?

It's definitely a limited release. It's OOP in many online retailers. In terms of demand, I would say it's not that big (EDIT: MRSP of the LE is $69.98). It's contributed to the fact the regular edition is kept in print.

There is no way to know what the print run is for this LE. It's probably safe to say that the print run probably got smaller with these mid-year LE releases and on. It's getting faster to sold out status (at least through the wholesale level).

I have not seen one yet in person but from the looks of it at Amazon, the only difference with the regular edition is the Slipcase / Box Packaging?

Regular edition (alt): DVD-sized keepcase with O-card (slipcover).
