Torchlight: Fame achievement(think I'm on level 25 fame currently)
NBA 2k11: 40(have 37) Air Jordans & Buzzer Beater achievements (I did get the Slam Dunk achievement last weekend finally, figuring out how to dunk is a BITCH).
Mafia II: The DLC packs.
Lego Harry Potter: one level away from being done and then all of the extra stuff.
Along with the usual Rock Band or Lips karaoke session (since I don't play guitars or keyboards very much).

Finally beat Gears of War 2 campaign. It game felt longer than Gears 1, but easier at the same time. Not sure if/when I'll get into the multiplayer.
I'm thinking about getting back into Dead Rising 2 next, but not sure yet.

Gears of War.
I've had this game since it first came out but didn't get very far before quitting. Now that I am playing it again I don't know how I ever quit in the first place because it is such an awesome game. My goal is to get through it and Gears 2 as well by the time the third one comes out so I can co-op it with my friends.

I'm playing Space Marine and loving it so far (about halfway through). I know it looks like a Gears of War knock-off, but it doesn't play that way. I'll hopefully finish it by the weekend and then start Gears of War 3.

Half month Update:

Up to level 30 fame, grinding this has been mind numbing.

44% done in Jimmy's, 38% Joe's.

Done with levels, 91% completion.
Along with the usual Rock Band or Lips karaoke session (since I don't play guitars or keyboards very much).
Got three achievements in Rock Band this weekend for Keyboards, Free DLC and a Boston Song. Not sure why I put them off ;)
