eBay -- "add to watch list" has disappeared.

"add to watch list" button has disappeared for both of my accounts. I did a search and only got 1 person who has reported the same problem.

http://forums.macresource.com/read.p...197483,1197511

Anyone else have that problem?

or is eBay screwing with its customers again like they did when they were testing the new bid increments several months back.

EDIT: and no I don't have anywhere near 200 on my watch list. around 60-70.

I added something 5 mins. ago. Sounds like user error.

definitely logged in and tried it on both accounts. However eBay has linked these accounts, so whatever it is doing would probably affect both accts.

If someone else did not have the same problem, I would probably agree with you.

actually I called customer service and the "add to watch" link on the right has been removed and there is a button below the bid button. Why can't they leave this alone

Re: eBay -- "add to watch list" has disappeared.

Their is an option under the Customize View settings where you can select to see the Watch This Item button or not. It's under the Item Information section but the Watch This Item button only shows up in List view or Side by Side view after you select to have it show.

You have to be in List view to get the Customize View button so if you are in Gallery or Side by Side you won't see it.

If you go into an auction then the Add To Watch List button is still in the same place it has been: below the Place Bid, Buy It Now, or Best Offer buttons.

Re: eBay -- "add to watch list" has disappeared.

Just read this post and rechecked eBay to see what's up.
The first time I logged in it was as JCWBobC said and the button showed up just under the "place bid" button.
But then when I logged out and relogged in, it was in the same old place. wtf?

"Add to Watch List" links are in the usual places for my account, in the upper-right corner and under the Place Bid button.
