Same here. The humor was just not over the top funny or not enough fart jokes to get the Neilson's interested. Too bad, at least we have the racier original The League coming back.

I actually laughed more when he told the boyfriend to get his hands off Lisa's ass!
Seeing as it had 13 episodes, they really wasted a lot of time getting "pretty good".

It's the price of being a Fox show. You don't get 6-7 episodes to find your place without getting the axe. Take Happy Endings for example. If ABC aired the episodes in production order or 1/week, it would have suffered the same fate. But ABC is more willing to help a new show than Fox ever has been.

I'm also convinced that that show only got picked up because ABC produces it themselves. Otherwise it'd have been canceled. And why DID they air that show so ridiculously out of order?
