Does anyone have an opinion of KEF Q15.2's? I've been looking at speakers and stumbled apon these. Audioreview.com has some favorable posts but still not sure. It's a toss up between these or Polk RT55i's with f/x300 surrounds. I can spend around $1000-1500. Please help? Any other speaker suggestions would be great. I have a Yamaha 596 and a Velodyne sub so bass isn't an issue.

Kef's are undoubtedly excellent speakers, although I haven't heard their speakers in years. A friend use to have a pair, very nice, but never heard them in an all around HT system. I am an avid Polk lover. I have a complete Polk system, minus the sub. I would definitely go with Polk's. If you decide to do so, email me at [email protected] and I'll give you the address of a guy who has an HT installation business. He has great deals and very helpful, with shipping included in his pricing......SteveF
